Convent of San Miguel Archangel
One more convent of the Augustinians who evangelized the entire region, its construction looks like a fortress and was completed in 1560. Indigenous hands participated in it and the façade is in Plateresque style. In the cloister, open chapel, refectory and sacristy you will see various wall paintings representing Renaissance imagery. The temple nave has pagan images made by the Otomi Indians.
