Calakmul Biosphere Reserve
Calakmul is a region of largest rainforest in Mexico, has ecosystems of great importance and fragility among which predominate the lowland forest, the tropical forest evergreen, tall forests and small meadows, open areas of old fields and forest areas under driving. You can hike through the reserve, take a tour to the ruins of the archaeological site of Calakmul or the ruins of Oxpemul.
