Extensive natural reserve of great importance because of the variety of species of flora and fauna that exist on site. They are 30 vertebrate species have been listed as endemic as well as amphibians and reptiles. Within the forest and small streams, there is the presence of a monastery and several chapels built during the seventeenth century by monks of the Order of El Carmen.
