Bala'an K'aan

It has a wealth of animal species, with 88 species of mammals and 374 species of birds, as well as 601 species of vertebrates and 45 species of fish. Its habitat is home to one of the last fraccmentos semideciduous forest of the Yucatan Peninsula, necessary for the preservation of species as wildlife.
