Maderas del Carmen

Maderas del Carmen around the Sierra del Carmen, a segment of the Sierra Madre Oriental mountain range. The area of this book includes both the arid scrubland and jungle Chihuahua desert islands sky and the forest of oaks and pines of the Sierra Madre Oriental. It is home to 400 species of birds and 70 species of mammals, which include black bear, wild boar, puma and reproduction of the desert bighorn sheep, which since 1940 had not been seen until recently.
