About Chipilo People
Chipilo is the small Italian Poblana, in this town in addition to speaking Spanish they still use the Veneto, a language originally from the town of Segussino. This town is famous for its elaboration and sale of cheeses, but they are also known for their Italian restaurants where they say it is the best pasta and pizza in Mexico.
