About San Ignacio Cenote
Located in the town of Chocholá 20 minutes from Merida, taking the road to Campeche, is the Cenote San Ignacio or Tuunich Ha (in Mayan means water in the stone) sheltered inside a cave. The site not only offers a visit to the cenote, but there is also a restaurant with typical regional food, pools, beach chairs, palapas rest, dressing rooms and bathrooms with showers. An ideal place to hang out with the family.
