About Juan Escutia House Museum
Juan Escutia was born in Tepic in 1827 precisely in this house that now opens its doors so that you can visit its rooms. Not only can you admire some of the personal objects and military decorations of this soldier, through its pieces the museum also tells part of the history of Mexico.
So while you are in Tepic, be sure to visit what was the birthplace and home of this Child Hero who only 17 years later died honoring his country.
