About Convent of San Gabriel and the Royal Chapel
One of the oldest temples in the city of Cholula, was founded before 1529 on the spot where it stood at temple dedicated to Quetzalcoatl. Located on the Place de la Concorde, the magnificent building has Gothic and Plateresque, and was carried out in full by indigenous hands.
To the left is a chapel unique Moorish style in the country which is known as Capilla Real.
