About Ex Convento de Santo Domingo
The first of its kind built by the Dominicans in Morelos, it is a wonderful architectural work and hidden gem of the state. This former convent is not only worth visiting for its majesty, it also functions as a museum and in it you can learn more about the history of the region, especially that related to the Toltec and Olmec pre-Hispanic cultures. It also has an insectary with medicinal plants and animals from the region.
